Classic Photo for 3/3
Today's classic Operation Mayhem photo is Capt. Jim and Capt. Tom in the condo drinking beers for breakfast and reading the day's paper. That's right, we used to drink beers for breakfast back then and we used to read papers in a foreign language for no reason. Capt. Jim is wearing his Type O Negative "Testosterone" T-Shirt while Capt. Tom is wearing his Phish sweatshirt. The paper has something about snowboarders or mogul skiing or... I don't really know what it says. Not really important. Enjoy...

A few observations...
First, there's not much to distinguish that photo from any shot taken at TH111 or TH93. Look at the late 90's decor!!
Second, I believe that was our 1999 version of apres-ski: two clowns slamming beers in a condo...wait...that's pretty much what we do now!?!? Awesome!!
Third, I don't believe that was breakfast. First, there are no Pop-Tarts within sight, second, Jim is wearing jeans...
Fourth, there's that thumb again.
I really think that we could've called this trip "Operation Thumb" at this point.

You know... I'm totally desensitized to the thumb at this point...
Wait... Scratch that...
I mean, I didn't even notice. Maybe the camera was just terrible. Okay, no maybes about it.
Tom, I can't 100% verify what time of day this was, but back then, I slept in my jeans sometimes. And while it certainly could be TH111 or 93, I don't think we had ski newspapers in French.
